Michael arriva a Le Mans per partecipare alla 24 ore, una delle più insidiose e massacranti gare automobilistiche. La sua voglia di disputare una buona gara è frenata dal fatto che tra il pubblico è presente la vedova di Belgetti, pilota deceduto l'anno precedente sullo stesso tracciato in seguito ad un incidente in cui lui era coinvolto. Inizia la corsa e Delaney si porta subito in testa, ma un altro incidente sembra compromettere la sua gara.
