Trama:
Kelly è figlia di genitori divorziati e affidata alla madre. Quando questa si risposa col maggiore Joe "Sir" Maxwell, la ragazza si ritrova nella scuola militare dove lavora il patrigno. Giunta in caserma, deve subito vedersela con la sardonica Jennifer, che fa parte di una squadra di istruttrici. Quest'ultima non prende granché in simpatia la nuova venuta: specie quando comincia a fare gli occhi dolci a Bret, il suo ragazzo. La metterà infatti in punizione obbligandola a pulire e lucidare le divise di tutta la squadra della scuola, prossima a una gara di esercitazioni contro altri istituti militari...
